• Payment processing through integrated third-party services
• Inventory and product management
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use BeanLink, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BeanLink to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

BeanLink offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment processing fees may apply to transactions processed through our platform
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

BeanLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BeanLink and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to BeanLink (such as product descriptions and images). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of BeanLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using BeanLink, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEANLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEANLINK'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BEANLINK DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BEANLINK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeanLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of BeanLink
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit to the platform

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to BeanLink immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of BeanLink after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of BeanLink will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration will be Delaware, United States.
