Quote Workflow

Quotes help you provide professional pricing to customers before they commit to an order.

Quote Lifecycle

1. Draft - Building the quote, not visible to customer
2. Pending - Sent to customer, awaiting response
3. Approved - Customer accepted the quote
4. Converted - Quote has been turned into an order

Creating a Quote

1. Go to Quotes → New Quote
2. Select a customer
3. Add products and quantities
4. Adjust pricing if needed
5. Add any notes or terms
6. Submit the quote to the customer

Quote Expiration

Quotes expire after 30 days by default. You can extend this in your settings.
