Ordering Through the Portal
As a customer, you can easily browse and order coffee through your dedicated portal.
How to Place an Order
- Log in to your customer portal
- Browse available products
- Add items to your cart
- Review your order
- Choose shipping method
- Complete payment
Payment Options
Available payment methods may include:
- Credit/Debit Card
- ACH Bank Transfer (for orders over $100)
- Invoice (if enabled by your roaster)
Tracking Your Order
After ordering:
- Check order status on the Orders page
- Receive email updates as status changes
- Get tracking info when shipped
